The STEP (Micro-Businesses) project, an initiative by PAREI under the direct leadership of Empowerment for Her, was designed to combat poverty in Afghanistan by establishing micro businesses for families in need especially women. Thanks to meticulous budget management and dedicated support, the project has exceeded its initial targets, providing vital assistance to 41 families and creating significant positive impacts. The project made significant strides in alleviating poverty in Afghanistan. By establishing micro businesses, it has empowered families to achieve self-reliance while meeting the diverse needs of different target groups.
